HAVING DAUGHTERS

 It is just a speechless and an unjustified pleasure to have daughters in life while a son loves debauchery and a daughter loves to do compromise. A son wants to settle his life with his wife and children while daughter has no desires to settle herself but to settle her family with her parents. She thinks about the ease of her parents while a man thinks to opt all luxury in his life. A girl might think a million times to take any decision for herself while a boy will not think even once while he would be choosing his happiness. A feminine would love to adjust with the things she has and a masculine would always love to buy the thing he likes. A daughter would give first preference to her parents while a boy would give priority to his girlfriend/wife. The tears of a girl will be always hidden but obstinate nature and wishes of a boy will be open to his parents. I think marrying a boy can be stressful to parents but marrying a girl can be easy for parents because when a girl leaves her home after marriage she basically decreases the burden of parents and home remains home till her death while after marrying a boy parents’ have fear of losing their home and the people who organise huge functions after giving birth to a boy baby they can be most often seen in old age homes. Although its very striking but true, marrying a girl can be a responsibility but it is not a burden but it is also true marrying a boy is not a burden but a responsibility for whole life. Sometimes it is good to be little bit egocentric but it would be a waste to be selfish forever.

Make your parents feel secure that you are there with them always if still they are insecure that means u got failed to pay your duty of god to be either a daughter or a son. World was not with you, name and status were also not with you when you born. Parents do not care about their status and needs when they do all for their children’ happiness but it’s really painful to listen that children forget their parents from their priority list. It is easy for children to escape from duties but it is very hard for parents to behave like their kids. Do not let yourself repent after being a parent for your deeds that you did in past because time is very short and it never gives second chance to everyone.

Love, respect, attend, care, give affection, make your parents feel secure and your preference too and the smile you could see on their faces because of you will be an unforgettable and precious gift for you. The best thing in life is to know that your parents are smiling because of you.

learn to DELETE

Life gives me plenty of opportunities when I have to listen a lot not only by elders but sometimes by juniors also not because every time I am mistaken but because they have no control on their tongue. Sometimes even I am right still i listen to them. I have tried a lot to change people. Even I observed people exhaust at me when they need to reveal anger. I see that everyone has his/her own life. Moreover everyone needs space but with my due attention. I always try to cooperate with the people either I need to adjust my own life but an undeniable truth I got is I was doing a silly mistake because there is no trick and no remedy to change the behavior of people. People get their behavior and attitudes by their family and what they do they represent their background. When parents do not slap their children at correct time then definitely they must be ready to bear the obstinate behavior of their children.

Finally I found a way, so I changed myself. As we have a delete option in phone as I give a command to delete all by my mind and as a result I am so happy and grateful to all the critiques.

VERDICT

Sometimes we face distress in our life without knowing the master planning of supreme power. We get depressed, we weep, we worry, we argue, we abuse and we blame, we stop talking, we stop sharing, we stop facing, we stop our mind to think when we are in stress and then we get fail in our life’s exam due to only one reason that god checks our patience and we lose our hope and belief.

 Sometimes to make us more and more strong god takes our test. He hurts us, injures us, makes us weep, force us to think but we never get pass in the exam.

Actually sometimes we are unable to take decisions. We have many ways to go. Then as a human being we listen to our heart instead of mind, so we get what we want but it never remains stable for long time. At that time we feel completely exhausted like everything is against us only due to heart that never makes us feel secure and safe.

 Even I got failed plethora of times when god was planning something big for me and I was trying to adjust in less. Where god was planning to gift me heaven and I became too stubborn to be in hell. At the end of every heart throbbing circumstance I got a result that god is the master planner and again I am no one to compete him. We are the greatest creature of god and his children too hence he can never make us weep for long, so be grateful and thankful to all he does.

CALIBER

Termination is a word that hurts when we do everything for people but while we doing we do not think about any politics hence we become a criminal of undone act. We work honestly, politely, lovingly with coordination and co-operation but hardly people care about it. Everyone tries to take illegitimate use of workers if workers are extremely loyal. Owners try to suck blood of employees because they pay but do not respect. They try to cut the salaries when labors are ill but they do not know anything about the overtime of their employees. They need their employees who can butter them more than their work.

In contemporary time a successful employee is not known by his or her work proficiency but he/ she is well known by their contacts with owners. So cheap to listen but it’s authentically true. Some employees try to go to office and reveal what they have in their mind and heart then so called owners take them for granted as they have purchased their personnel in few salary. As I use to listen to people’s story I felt very shoddy about the thinking of owners.

Firstly we should remember that an owner recruits employee because he has 99% attitude and only 1% skills whereas an employee might have 1% attitude and 99% skills. Owners recruit employee for their work but they do not purchase them. They always try to demotivate, degrade and demoralize their employee that not actually persuade employees but it gives them inferior feeling.

So, my dear employer- learn to behave and try to have some skills to face people. Telling employees to wait when you are free does not represent your ease to them but it shows your misconduct to them. If you prefer them they would not only love you but they are going to serve you for rest of their life.

My dear employees and regard able friends- an owner just pays you do not ever try be the puppet of your owners. When you do so you really get a success but it’s very short time success.Work but do not exploit yourself because you are capable and you have caliber and the market always welcomes your new idea and really care for your experience. Good luck and enjoy your liberty. Do not let the affluent rule on you…they would definitely repent in future.Because life never stops for anyone and life never gives you chance if you would not try and value yourself

REWARD AND PUNISHMENT

Failure always slaps in crowd and success always claps in silence.

Your good deeds never remain unrewarded and your bad deeds never remain unpunished.

Never throw a black ball of revenge on someone, always throw a white ball of silence.

If relations are important, so forget your ego if words are crucial, so forget your relations.

The person we love is very loving and sometimes hurts us badly, we must not bury all his love for little bit ego.

Relationship needs to sacrifice on every step.

There is no need of commitment in true relationship.

Do Good and Forget

ü If people care for your work that is fabulous otherwise there is a great market price for your ability.

ü From today I will not try to please everyone.

ü Literally I realized that I cannot keep everyone happy.

ü If some people are unhappy with me, so I really do not care about them.

ü I consider people more than my limits but now I analyzed that people are completely egocentric.

ü Sometimes I feel regret after compromising for people because I really do not get any reward at the end.

ü I know a fact that god is here to mark every of my deed but still it hurts when people grow by buttering.

ü Thousands of people would be better than me but I do not like to chase them because they cannot be like me.

ü I have been giving my 100% but I will not try to grade myself ever.

BE POSITIVE OR QUIET

We all are the best creativity of god.

Either speak positive or be quiet.

God has millions of blessings for us, so do not stop them by reaching you.

No one can ever be escaped from their deeds, so do not be revengeful.

Insulting people for their misbehavior has no sense because they are shameless.

There is deep thinking behind a smiling face.

Till now I had been thinking what I do not want but now I am thinking what I actually want.

Do not look back to those who did not think about you before moving.

Nothing stays forever in life.

Some things in life can never be changed, so accepting and avoiding them can give us great joy.
